Let’s see…

When people find out what I do, their first question is usually something like “Can Natural Vision Improvement help me . . .?”
And you may be asking yourself that too.
Based on my training as a Vision Educator, my research on the subject from the University of Toulouse, and my nearly 20 years of experience helping thousands of people from all over the world to improve their vision naturally, let me try to answer that for you.
The truth is, if you have at least one eyeball connected to your brain through the optic nerve, you can improve your vision.
Regardless of your age.
Regardless of whether or not you have had surgery.
Regardless of how many symptoms, difficulties or diagnoses you have now.
Looking for a more specific answer to your individual situation? Read on, as you’ll probably find your question here.

Can I improve my vision at any age?

YES, you can get better, no matter your age!
Through my classes, workshops and trainings, we have helped children as young as seven and as old as 90 of more. And all of them have improved their vision: including those who had worn glasses for many years, and those who started wearing them well past 40.
In fact, I improved my own vision naturally at 6 months of age. Of course, it was my parents who encouraged me – but I have many testimonials from people of all ages who share their stories on how they were able to do it too.

What if I’ve already had surgery?

YES, you can get better!
If you have already had Lasik or other eye surgery, chances are that, even if everything went well and didn’t leave your eyes dry, irritated or with glare and aberrations (very common after these kinds of procedures), your symptoms will return.
In fact, it’s more common than not (58% of cases according to researchers of the Department of Ophthalmology of the University of Helsinki). Or new ones will appear.
The reason is simple: No matter how many surgeries you have, if you haven’t learned to use your eyes properly, your symptoms will eventually return. It’s like changing the tires on your car but still rubbing yours wheel on the curb: it wears out again in the same place.

What if I have intraocular lenses?

YES, you can improve!
If you have intraocular lenses because of cataract surgery, you no longer have a crystalline lens, and the intraocular lens is not connected to the ciliary muscles.
BUT you still have the cornea, the sclera, the rectus and oblique muscles, the iris, the pupil, the retina, the choroid, the optic nerve, the aqueous humor, the vitreous humor, and your brain to interpret the images. So Natural Vision Improvement can help.
Natural Vision Improvement practices improve the condition, functioning and interaction of the different organs and functions involved in the experience of seeing. Your brain and your organism are intelligent and are able to adapt and learn. As you practice, adjustments and optimizations will be made to help you see better and better.
You don’t need to remove your lens or have surgery again.

What if I have a LOT of symptoms or can barely see at all?

YES, you can get better.
If you experience different symptoms, or your eyes are damaged by multiple traumas, diseases or/and operations, can you still improve.
In fact, it is even more URGENT that you learn Natural Vision Improvement techniques so that you stop, reduce and even reverse the deterioration and degradation. You can not only maintain your vision for years, but actually improve it as well.
Of course, these will likely require more practice time, more dedication and more patience and perseverance over time. But you have the examples of Meir Schneider or Aldous Huxley, who had both been declared legally blind and yet managed, with Natural Vision Improvement, to recover up to 75% of vision and be able to function without glasses.
And you can too!

What if I have this specific symptom?

YES, you can get better.
People with myodesopsias (floaters), dry eye, watery eye, irritated eye, conjunctivitis, chalazion (styes), pterygium, photophobia, eyestrain, astigmatism, nearsightedness (myopia), farsightedness (hyperopia), presbyopia, strabismus, amblyopia, glaucoma, cataracts, keratoconus, macular degeneration, macular hole, retinal detachment, vitreous detachment, optic nerve problems, epiretinal membrane, retinitis pigmentosa, stroke or cerebral vascular accident sequelae, uveitis, diplopia, nystagmus, diabetic retinopathy, ptosis and eyelid spasm, Fuchs’ dystrophy, color blindness, blepharitis, optic neuritis, Stargardt’s disease, toxoplasmosis and other symptoms have all improved their vision naturally.
If they could, you can too!
